Camp Touchet is owned and operated by the Columbia Basin Baptist Association and is overseen by a Ministry Team which meets monthly to discuss camp operations and ministries.

Camp Staff includes a Camp Steward/Caretaker who lives on site. Camp Touchet also utilizes dedicated part-time and temporary help as well as devoted volunteers.

Reservations and schedule inquiries are handled by the CBBA Office Administrative Assistant located in Kennewick, Washington.
